Abstract
The Travel Safe Money Belt relates to a belt comprising a pouch or compartment which ie fastened to an inside surface of a mane or ladies' belt. The pouch or compartment is designed to hold momey, traveller's cheques, credit cards, keys, and the like.

SPECIFICATION
The invention which I refer to as The Travel Safe Money Helt relates to currently marketed "Drop in Pocket BiD", also the "Out of Sight Wallet"with suggestions to have it attached to belt or brassiere znd tucked inside trousers, skirt or blouse.
The foregoing is offered on the mzrket with incentive to "Keep Yaluablea Uut of Robber's Reich". The advantzge of the Travel Safe Money Belt far surpasses the known devices on the market where convenience, safety) and secur:~~ty is concerned.
Htief Description of the Drawings The description of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which:
Figure 1 Illustrates the features of a man's belt; and Figure 2 illustrates the features of a ladies belt.
_,~Detailed Description of the Invention The n Travel Safe Money Helt features a pouch (cpmpartment) 2 with a slide fastener 3 which device is fastened to a man's or ladies' belt by contact cement or sewing thread. For security the compaa~tment would be designed the width of the width of the belt 1 and would be fastened on the side of the belt facing the back of the wearer. The pouch (compartment) of the Travel Safe Money Belt could be constructed from fabric (nylon, pollrester) or laminated leather, vinyl, or suede.
Besides money and travellers cheques the compartment could accomodate credit cards and keys, Whereza the length pf the compartment can be varied however, should specifications as per diawin,~ be followed a substantial amount of money or travellers chef ~n denosi:nzlrfons of X100 or over can be inserted in the device by anyone trvelling) walkimg at night, or public transit, or any crowded place.

Claims (4)
1. An apparel belt apparatus comprising a strap having inner and outer surfaces, upper and lower edges, and first and second ends, buckle means associated with one of the first and second ends for securing the first and second ends together, the belt further having a pouch of pliable material secured to the inner surface between the first and second ends, the pouch having opposite upper and lower edges and opposite first and second lateral edges extending between the upper and lower edges of the pouch, the first and second lateral edges forming a crescent shape, the first and second lateral edges of the pouch extending from the lower edge to the upper edge of the strap, means for securing the pouch to the inner face of the strap along the opposite lateral edges and the opposite upper and lower edges of the pouch, the pouch having an elongated opening therein spaced between the opposite upper and lower edges of the pouch, the elongated opening extending from the first lateral edge to the second lateral edge and the elongated opening being spaced from the first and second lateral edges, slide fastener means positioned along the elongated opening to selectively open and close the elongated opening, the pouch being secured to the inner face of the strap so that when worn by a user, the buckle means is positioned at the front of the wearer, and the pouch is positioned to overly the back of the wearer.
2. The apparel belt as claimed in 1 wherein the means for securing the pouch comprises contact cement.
3. The apparel belt as claimed in claim 1 wherein the means for securing the pouch comprises sewing thread,
4. The apparel belt as claimed in claim 1 wherein the pouch is of size and shape to accomodate credit cards, travellers cheques, and the like.
