Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation par fusion à chaud et sans solvant d'un adhésif autocollant expansé et non thermodurcissable, à partir d'un élastomère hydrocarboné non thermoplastique additionné d'un agent collant. Le procédé fait appel à un malaxeur (20) fonctionnant en continu comprenant une succession de zones de transport alternant avec des zones de transformation. Les zones de transformation mastiquent et mélangent les ingrédients. Les élastomères non thermoplastiques ayant un poids moléculaire élevé peuvent facilement être malaxés pour donner des adhésifs.
