L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de mesure de l'étendue de l'activation plaquettaire qui consiste à déterminer par fluorimétrie in vitro l'étendue de l'expression de la sélectine P dans un échantillon de sang entier au moyen d'un échantillon de plaquettes activées au maximum, utilisé comme standard de référence.
