Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de ventilation pulmonaire par voie endotrachéale appliquant passivement une pression positive aux voies aériennes. Ce système comprend une partie assurant l'aspiration (70) et une partie assurant l'expiration (71), leur pression étant ajustée à l'aide de sacs gonflables (73a, 73b). Ce système de ventilation pulmonaire par voie endotrachéale comprend également un cathéter (82) ayant une extrémité (90) qui est positionnée par une sonde endotrachéale à faible résistance (81) sur l'éperon trachéal (92) du patient, ou près de cet éperon. Une source d'un gaz contenant de l'oxygène alimente en continu le cathéter (82). Le cathéter a une extrémité (90) qui est capable de dévier et d'inverser la direction du flux du gaz contenant de l'oxygène.
