Abstract

Le composé de l'invention comprend une combinaison de quatre ingrédients : un polymère superabsorbant, particulièrement du polyacrylate de sodium; un désinfectant chimique, particulièrement du peroxymonosulfate de potassium; un désodorisant organique, provenant particulièrement d'extraits d'herbes; et un agent chélateur, particulièrement l'acide malique. Ce composé de gélification du sang peut être utilisé par le personnel médical dans les salles de chirurgie ou lieux de même type, lorsque du sang résiduel d'un patient est recueilli dans des sacs de résidus, pour solidifier le fluide à l'intérieur du sac de façon à empêcher les fuites accidentelles et éviter le risque de contamination. L'urine et le sang fréquemment déversés accidentellement sur le plancher des hôpitaux peuvent également être éliminés rapidement grâce au présent composé, ce qui permet à l'hôpital de maintenir une hygiène irréprochable.
