Abstract

Un dispositif, qui permet de lire ou vérifier l'empreinte d'une paume de main, comprend une plate-forme dotée d'une fenêtre de visualisation (21). La main (11) de l'utilisateur se place de façon précise sur cette fenêtre (21) grâce à un dispositif de positionnement de main (22) contre lequel on pose l'articulation séparant le pouce de l'index. Une lecture d'une partie de l'empreinte palmaire de l'utilisateur peut alors être faite et comparée avec une empreinte antérieure connue pour vérifier l'identité de cet utilisateur.
