Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ADN nouveau qui a une séquence différente de celles des ADN connus de manière publique et capables de promouvoir l'expression d'un gène étranger; il est en mesure de promouvoir remarquablement l'expression d'un gène étranger. L'invention concerne aussi un fragment isolé d'ADN ayant une séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID N DEG 1 dans la liste de séquences, et un fragment isolé d'ADN représenté par cette séquence de base, et dans lequel on a ajouté, inséré, supprimé ou remplacé un ou plusieurs nucléotides et ayant pour effet de promouvoir l'expression d'un gène situé en aval.
