Abstract
Une ou plusieurs pièces (30, 32) collées à un sac (21) comprennent une première zone en saillie (34) et une deuxième zone en saillie (36), au moins une partie de ladite première zone étant collée à ladite deuxième zone. Ces zones en saillie sont de préférence ménagées sur des pièces séparées (30, 32) collées au sac. Ces pièces (30, 32) peuvent s'étendre entièrement autour du sac de façon à ne laisser aucune zone découverte et à protéger ainsi le sac contre toute perforation par un produit à base de viande non désossée emballé dans le sac. Il a été démontré que ce sac, à pièces s'étendant sur toute sa largeur, est particulièrement avantageux dans la mesure où il réduit les risques de perforation dans les emballages d'échine de porc non désossée. L'invention porte également sur d'autres modes de réalisation du sac, sans les zones en saillie des pièces, qui permettent de résoudre le problème de perforation des sacs par des os au moyen de pièces s'étendant sur toute la largeur des sacs.
