Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés de détection d'un analyte, impliquant la liaison d'un ligand (analyte ou élément mimétique d'un analyte) à un élément de liaison réciproque, et dans lesquels le décalage chromatique résultant de la liaison du ligand à une couche polymérisée est mesuré; ou l'effet de la liaison du ligand sur le décalage chromatique produit par une modification de l'environnement de la couche polymérisée est mesuré. Les variations de température ou de pH, ou d'autres mécanismes déclenchant une modification optique dans le polymère, entraînent un décalage chromatique. Il est démontré que la liaison d'un analyte à un ligand lié à la couche polymérisée module le décalage chromatique résultant de la variation de la température ou du pH, ou d'autres mécanismes susceptibles de déclencher une modification optique des propriétés chromatiques du polymère.
