Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traction (1) qui permet de traiter des fractures de la jambe (81). Il comprend une barre de traction (2) ou un élément semblable qui porte à son extrémité arrière un support ramifié (3), conçu pour venir en butée sous le bassin d'un patient utilisant ce dispositif, et qui porte à son extrémité avant au moins un point d'attache (4) destiné à attacher des dispositifs de tension (5) devant agir entre ce(s) point(s) d'attache et les pieds ou la partie inférieure de la jambe du patient. Ce support ramifié (3) comprend des surfaces de support (35, 36) placées de façon à soutenir les tubérosités ischiatiques (tuber ossis ischii) (80) de ce patient. Il comprend aussi un espace (34) ou une ouverture ménageant de la place pour les organes génitaux du patient, et une base (30) présentant une partie (31) par laquelle on peut fixer ce support ramifié sur la barre de traction (2). Cette dernière, de longueur réglable, peut s'adapter selon le patient, à la distance séparant le support ramifié (3) et le(s) point(s) d'attache du dispositif de tension (4).
