Abstract
Un dispositif de récupération conçu pour découper une aiguille/seringue (22) en petit morceaux. Une ou plusieurs lames coupantes rotatives motorisées (6) sont prévues à l'intérieur d'un boîtier et conçues pour découper l'aiguille/seringue (2) en petits morceaux. Les morceaux sont déposés dans un bac de récupération (10) rempli d'une solution désinfectante et sont séparés automatiquement sous l'effet de leur densité pour être recyclés. Une pompe (16) conçue pour envoyer la solution désinfectante, de préférence un mélange d'agent de blanchiment chloré et d'eau, dans l'entrée (8) pour aiguille/seringue et la zone de découpe. La solution désinfectante désinfecte en continu l'entrée (8), les morceaux d'aiguille/seringue, la lame coupante (6) et le bac de mise au rebut (10). Une minuterie automatique maintient les lames coupantes (6) en rotation et la pompe (16) en fonctionnement pendant suffisamment de temps pour que l'aiguille/seringue (2) soit découpée et que l'appareil soit désinfecté. Un ensemble goulotte empêche les morceaux de la seringue désintégrée de sortir par l'entrée (8) et comprend une fonction marche-arrêt automatique.
