Abstract

Solution de rinçage pour le traitement de substrats métalliques ayant reçu un revêtement par conversion destinée à améliorer l'adhérence et la résistance à la corrosion de revêtements siccatifs ultérieurs. Ladite solution consiste en une solution aqueuse d'un ion d'un métal du groupe IVA (titane, hafnium ou leur mélange et facultativement d'autres ions de métaux du groupe IV) et d'un organosilane sélectionné parmi: un méthyltriméthoxysilane, un phényltriméthoxysilane, et, pour les compositions contenant du hafnium, un 3-glycidoxypropyltriméthoxysilane. La concentration en ions de métal du groupe IVA est choisie pour donner un pH compris entre 2,0 et 9,0. La solution s'applique à un substrat revêtu par conversion.
