Abstract

Tapis à liaison par fusion, et son procédé de fabrication. Selon ce procédé, la totalité ou une partie de la surface d'usure est constituée de fils coupés réunis en torons se présentant sous forme de faisceaux de torons, et une des extrémités du faisceau de torons, ou les deux extrémités, sont implantées dans une couche d'adhésif sur une feuille constituant le dossier du tapis de manière à produire une ou deux bandes de matériau pour tapis à liaison par fusion en I, présentant un motif choisi sur la surface d'usure. Le tapis à liaison par fusion présente une surface d'usure composée partiellement ou entièrement de fils sous forme de faisceaux de torons, notamment, et formant un motif multicolore choisi ou aléatoire. Ce matériau pour tapis peut comporter une couche formant dossier et se présenter sous forme de dalles.
