Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'alkylation d'un courant d'amenée de réformat contenant du benzène, du toluène, des xylènes et de l'éthylbenzène, ledit procédé consistant: 1) à mettre en contact ledit courant d'amenée de réformat avec un courant d'hydrocarbure comprenant des oléfines C2-C5 en présence d'un catalyseur comprenant un forme active de MCM-49 cristallin poreux synthétique, dans des conditions d'alkylation benzénique, de sorte qu'un courant d'effluent est produit présentant une teneur en benzène inférieure d'au moins 50 % en poids à celle dudit courant d'amenée, un rapport d'octane non inférieur à celui dudit courant d'amenée, et un produit liquide total supérieur à celui dudit courant d'amenée; et 2) à récupérer la fraction dudit courant d'effluent se trouvant dans les limites d'ébullition de l'essence.
