Abstract
Selon ce procédé de production de fibres de cellulose, on file une solution de cellulose dans un oxyde d'amine tertiaire à l'état chaud de façon à former des filaments que l'on conduit à travers un passage rempli d'air et que l'on met en contact avec un agent précipitant afin de provoquer la précipitation de la cellulose. Les filaments sont tirés par une force et étirés dans le passage rempli d'air. Cette force est exercée par l'agent précipitant qui s'écoule dans la direction d'étirement des filaments et qui entre en contact avec les filaments. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que l'agent précipitant, au moment où il entre en contact avec les filaments, s'écoule à une vitesse au moins aussi grande que la vitesse d'étirement des filaments. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé.
