Abstract
Corps de chauffe à air frais comportant un corps (2) contenant une voie d'écoulement (25) d'air vicié et une voie d'écoulement (14) d'air frais. Des dérivés de gaz obtenus après combustion provenant d'un brûleur à gaz (29) sont mélangés avec l'air frais pour réchauffer celui-ci à une température souhaitée avant qu'il ne soit évacué dans une enceinte. Les deux voies s'étendent à travers un échangeur de chaleur (15) et le débit de circulation d'air vicié déplacé par un ventilateur (26) à travers le corps est sensiblement égal à celui d'air frais déplacé à travers ce même corps par un second ventilateur (21). Comme le débit de circulation d'air frais provenant du corps et introduit dans une enceinte correspond sensiblement à celui de l'air vicié provenant de l'enceinte, et comme la chaleur est transférée entre les deux écoulements d'air par l'échangeur de chaleur (15), un remplacement total de l'air dans l'enceinte à un rythme relativement soutenu peut être supporté d'une manière économiquement viable. La teneur en produits de combustion nocifs dans l'enceinte et la teneur en produits générés par le brûleur à gaz (29) peut ainsi être maintenue en-deçà des valeurs considérées comme nuisibles par les autorités sanitaires.
