Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif contraceptif constitué par un préservatif tubulaire enroulé (25) possédant une extrémité ouverte et une extrémité fermée sur laquelle se trouve un réservoir nervuré, les premières extrémités d'une paire de bandes (26) de largeur sélectionnée étant introduites sur les côtés opposés du préservatif (25) afin de dérouler ce dernier sur le pénis. L'invention concerne également des procédés et appareils d'assemblage du dispositif. Selon l'invention, le préservatif est placé sur une forme allongée, les premières extrémités des bandes (26) sont mises en contact avec le préservatif (25) et maintenues sur les côtés opposés du préservatif (25) en position contiguë à l'extrémité ouverte de ce dernier (25). L'application de flux d'air aux extrémités de la bande constitue le moyen préféré de maintenir lesdites extrémités en contact avec le préservatif (25) simultanément à la mise en contact d'éléments allongés d'enroulement (58) avec ledit préservatif (25) au niveau de son extrémité ouverte et au déplacement desdits éléments dans des sens parallèles à l'axe du préservatif vers son extrémité fermée, afin d'enrouler le préservatif et les bandes. Les parties intermédiaires des bandes enroulées l'une vers l'autre radialement sont déplacées vers l'intérieur à l'aide de doigts ou de flux d'air et maintenues simultanément au déplacement de deux feuilles (27) de conditionnement pouvant être thermoscellées, sur les côtés opposés du préservatif, les extrémités libres des bandes s'éloignant du préservatif dans des sens opposés afin d'être scellées aux bords de l'emballage, quand les feuilles de conditionnement (27) sont fixées l'une à l'autre.
