Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un four à combinaison de micro-ondes et de jets d'air, qui comprend deux magnétrons (22b) et un sytème de gestion de l'air, lequel comporte au moins deux conduits à mouvement alternatif (31a, 31b) à travers lesquels l'air est acheminée dans le four (10). Les conduits rotatifs (31a, 31b) sont conçus pour agiter l'énergie à micro-ondes dans le four, afin d'empêcher la formation de points chauds et afin d'amener le rayonnement des micro-ondes à balayer la surface du produit alimentaire. Une cloison perforée, conçue pour encercler une partie de la chambre de cuisson, possède une partie centrale et des extrémités montées de façon à diviser l'intérieur du four en une chambre de cuisson et une chambre de chauffage d'air. Cette cloison s'étend sur une majeure partie de la périphérie de la chambre de cuisson pour que l'air soit aspiré le long de trajets multiples en direction des parois latérales et en direction de la paroi arrière à partir de la chambre de cuisson.
