Abstract
Une nouvelle classe de dioxétanes stables porte un groupe polycyclique stabilisant et une fraction aryloxy, dont l'atome d'oxygène présente un groupe protecteur pouvant être ôté par une amorce enzymatique ou chimique mélangée au dioxétane. Le groupe polycyclique stabilisant est de préférence le spiroadamantane. Le groupe porte également une fraction alcoxy, aryloxy, aralkyloxy ou cycloalkyloxy partiellement ou complètement substituée par des halogènes, et notamment du fluor et du chlore. Une sélection appropriée de groupes actifs d'électrons sur la fraction stabilisante, le groupe aryle ou le groupe OR permet d'obtenir une cinétique enzymatique accrue, une intensité lumineuse supérieure et une excellente sensibilité de détection dans divers dosages.
