Abstract
Un cathéter de guidage introduit dans le système cardiovasculaire possède une partie droite et une partie extrême distale améliorée permettant d'effectuer un positionnement plus précis et plus simple dans l'arthère coronaire gauche. La partie distale améliorée comprend une partie incurvée secondaire se poursuivant à son extrémité distale par une partie incurvée principale laquelle se termine par une partie pointe distale. Les parties incurvées principale et secondaire sont construites de sorte qu'elles ont des rayons de courbure sensiblement égaux lorsque la partie pointe distale est positionnée dans l'orifice de l'arthère coronaire gauche, formant ainsi une courbe à rayon constant.
