Abstract
La présente invention se raporte à une composition pharmaceutique conçue pour la libération contrôlée d'agents thérapeutiques à partir d'ortho ester polymères d'acide carboxylique. Cette composition renferme un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'un acide qui, avec R1-COOH acide libéré par la décomposition de l'ortho ester polymère (I), forme un système tampon dans une plage de pH physiologiquement acceptable.
