Abstract

Prothèse auditive améliorée (10) totalement implantable comprenant, dans un premier aspect, au moins deux microphones (28) permettant d'améliorer la suppression du bruit et, avec un ensemble (132) de microphones (28), d'améliorer la directivité. Dans un deuxième aspect, la prothèse auditive (10) comprend un micro-organe de commande amélioré (32') dans lequel les fléchissements d'une paire de plaques piézo-électriques (68) communiquent par un liquide (52') avec une membrane souple (44') afin de stimuler le fluide (20a) de l'oreille interne (17) du sujet (12). Dans un troisième aspect, la prothèse auditive améliorée (10) comprend un renforçateur directionnel (200) que le sujet (12), possédant une prothèse auditive implantée, peut porter sur sa tête (122) afin de renforcer la directivité du son perçu. Un quatrième aspect de l'invention réside dans l'amélioration d'un micro-organe de commande implantable (32', 32"') produisant un déplacement mécanique d'une membrane (82) ou d'une face (96) en réaction à l'application d'un signal électrique.
