Abstract
Nouvelle poudre de fer à faible teneur en oxygène constituée de particules d'une poudre de base elle-même constituée de fer essentiellement pur renfermant un écran isolant contenant de l'oxygène et du phosphore. La teneur en oxygène de cette nouvelle poudre est au maximum de 0,2 % en poids plus élevée que la teneur en oxygène de la poudre de base, tandis que le rapport O/P est compris entre 30 et 1 et se situe de préférence entre 15 et 2 et, idéalement, entre 10 et 3, selon les résultats de l'analyse chimique par spectroscopie électronique (ESCA). L'invention porte également sur une nouvelle méthode d'élaboration d'une poudre à base de fer, cette méthode consistant à préparer une poudre de base constituée d'une poudre de fer ou de fer spongieux atomisée dans l'eau, à soumettre ce mélange à un traitement au moyen d'une solution d'acide phosphorique dans un solvant organique puis à assécher le mélange obtenu, la solution d'acide phosphorique étant diffusée sur la poudre de base au cours du mélange.
