Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un article stratifié, et ledit article ainsi obtenu. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en contact un substrat rigide (8) avec un matériau plastique (7) à l'état liquide ou semi-liquide, ledit matériau plastique étant maintenu en place par une garniture (9) ou un élément d'espacement et étant en contact avec un film flexible (6), et à maintenir le contact entre le substrat (8) et le matériau plastique (7) dans des conditions telles que le matériau plastique (7) durcit et adhère au substrat (8) pour former l'article. L'invention concerne également une pièce de bordure en plastique (18) qui peut être coulée et fixée aux arêtes exposées de l'article stratifié et qui présente la même apparence que le stratifié plastique.
