Abstract
Cette invention concerne un élastomère thermoplastique qui peut être formulé de façon à posséder une large gamme de propriétés diélectriques nécessaires à une application particulière. La matière de cette invention prend de préférence la forme d'un film que l'on peut assembler à des couches métalliques, à des couches diélectriques supplémentaires ou à d'autres structures de circuit de façon à former une structure stratifiée ayant les propriétés diélectriques requises.
