Abstract
L'invention porte sur un bouchon de fermeture composite pour récipient comportant une ceinture de plastique moulé (24) fermée à l'une de ses extrémités par un disque plastique (72) emprisonné dans un évidement pratiqué dans l'intérieur de la ceinture. L'intérieur de la bande comporte également un filetage (44) servant à fixer le bouchon de fermeture au goulot (12) d'un récipient. Le disque, découpé dans une feuille de plastique plane est initialement plat. Il est surdimensionné par rapport au susdit évidement de manière à se trouver dans le bouchon de fermeture une fois assemblé, incurvé vers l'extérieur en raison des tensions centripètes exercées par la ceinture. Cette forme incurvée facilite l'encapsulage puisque la zone de bordure (82) du disque qui dépasse radialement du goulot, et se trouve déformée vers le bas, présente une forme sensiblement conique.
