Abstract
Système hydraulique d'entraînement (1) pour chevalet de pompage, qui permet d'actionner une tige de pompage (6) dans un puits de pétrole. Le système d'entraînement comprend au moins un cylindre hydraulique (2) de tête de puits, une pompe hydraulique bidirectionnelle (7) et un maître cylindre (8). Ce dernier comporte un piston principal libre (11) et au moins une cloison fixe. Il comporte également une chambre (16) de fluide de travail, hydrauliquement reliée au cylindre de tête de puits, et au moins deux chambres (17, 18) d'entraînement du piston principal, hydrauliquement reliées à la pompe hydraulique. Le cylindre de tête de puits et la chambre de fluide de travail sont remplis d'un fluide de travail et définissent un système de fluide de travail, tandis que les chambres d'entraînement du piston principal et la pompe hydraulique sont remplies d'un fluide hydraulique et définissent un système d'entraînement hydraulique. Quand on inverse le flux de la pompe hydraulique, les chambres d'entraînement du piston principal sont pressurisées et dépressurisées alternativement, ce qui imprime des mouvements de va-et-vient au piston principal à l'intérieur du maître cylindre. Les mouvements de va-et-vient dudit piston provoquent alternativement une pressurisation et une dépressurisation de la chambre de fluide de travail et du cylindre de tête de puits, ce qui provoque le déplacement de la tige de pompe à l'intérieur du puits de pétrole.
