Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément d'ancrage à symétrie de révolution permettant un ancrage dans un tissu osseux, par exemple, l'ancrage permanent de prothèses dentaires ou de bridges dans la mâchoire. L'élément d'ancrage, réalisé dans un matériau biocompatible, a une surface circonférentielle comportant une partie inférieure (6) destinée à être intégrée au tissu osseux, et une partie supérieure (9) qui, après implantation, se situe à l'extérieur du tissu osseux, permettant ainsi la fixation d'une pièce d'écartement (12) ou d'une structure prothétique. La partie supérieure (9) comprend une partie conique (9) lisse (non filetée) dont le diamètre augmente en s'éloignant de la surface terminale supérieure (petit côté supérieur) (7) de l'élément. La partie conique (9) constitue une surface d'appui pour la pièce d'écartement (12) ou la structure prothétique.
