Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour produire des tubes à nervures transversales, lequel comporte des demi-mâchoires (12) qui sont adjacentes le long d'une section de moulage commune et qui forment un canal de moulage (18) intermédiaire. Un système de guidage linéaire fixe (42) est disposé le long de la section de moulage afin de guider les demi-mâchoires (12). Ce système comprend un élément coulissant central allongé (44), constitué de préférence d'un alliage de métaux antifriction, et deux éléments de guidage (46) lubrifiés à l'huile et placés latéralement au voisinage de l'élément coulissant (44), ces éléments étant constitués de préférence d'un métal résistant à l'abrasion.
