Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un élément thermoscellant et à une mâchoire de support à auto-alignement associée, servant à sceller au moins deux couches d'un film thermoplastique. Cet élément thermoscellant peut être utilisé avec une machine formeuse, ensacheuse et scelleuse pour l'emballage de substances coulantes, telles que du lait, du fudge au chocolat ou du napage pour coupe glacée, dans des sachets. Chaque extrémité de l'élément thermoscellant possède un ergot de préférence cylindrique, les deux ergots étant dirigés dans la même direction et étant conçus pour s'adapter dans des douilles sollicitées par ressort (14), qui sont légèrement plus grandes que les ergots, avec des ouvertures orientées vers ledit élément. Cet agencement permet de desserrer les douilles et d'y introduire les ergots, laissant ensuite les ressorts appliquer une force de tension qui maintient des éléments tendus.
