Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'identifier des composés susceptibles de se fixer à la protéine disintégrine, et de déterminer la quantité et l'affinité d'un composé susceptible de se fixer à la protéine disintégrine dans un échantillon. L'invention concerne également une cellule hôte contenant un vecteur d'expression recombinant à la protéine disintégrine et un vecteur d'expression recombinant codant la protéine disintégrine, la protéine humaine métalloprotéase disintégrine, son mutant et son fragment. Ladite cellule est utilisée pour répondre aux objectifs de la présente invention. L'invention concerne enfin un procédé in vivo ou in vitro, qui permet de dépister l'ostéo-arthrite dégénérative et d'autres maladies provoquées par la métalloprotéase, et est susceptible d'être fabriqué et utilisé sous la forme d'un kit.
