Abstract
La présente invention concerne une surface en gazon synthétique pour les terrains de golf, les courts de tennis et d'autres terrains de sport revêtus de gazon, formée d'un tapis de gazon pourvu d'une base de feuille (14) comportant des brins en plastique droits (12), étroitement espacés, en forme de touffes, formant une surface dense imitant le gazon naturel. Le tapis repose sur une sous-couche d'amortissement (18) formée d'une feuille moulée et épaisse de polypropylène à perles expansées et alvéoles ouvertes. La sous-couche de polypropylène élastiquement compressible combinée au tapis de gazon synthétique confère au terrain de sport un aspect très proche de celui du gazon naturel.
