Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de moulage par injection à deux plateaux, comportant un plateau de fixation de moule fixe (2) portant une moitié de moule (1), et un plateau de fixation de moule mobile (4) portant l'autre moitié de moule (3). Dans cette machine de moulage par injection sont fixés des ensembles pistons-colonnes (5,-8) qui traversent le plateau de fixation de moule fixe (2) et qui y sont guidés de manière déplaçable dans des ensembles pistons-cylindres (9-12). Dans le but de répartir pratiquement uniformément la force de fermeture sur les plans de joint du moule (37, 38) lorsque s'exercent des forces asymétriques de soulèvement du moule, les canaux de jonction (25-27) entre les ensembles pistons-cylindres (9-12) sont obturés après la fermeture des deux moitiés de moule et avant l'injection du plastique en fusion dans la cavité de moule (36) formée par les deux moitiés de moule.
