Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un élément composite constitué d'au moins une couche de bois à laquelle est liée une couche de béton ou de mortier, ainsi qu'un élément composite réalisé selon ce procédé. Dans le but d'obtenir une capacité de charge élevée de cet élément composite grâce à une adhérence, sur toute la surface, de la couche de béton ou de mortier sur la couche de bois, un adhésif (16) de consistance pâteuse est appliqué de manière à recouvrir la surface en formant une couche d'adhésif. Ensuite, du béton frais hydraulique ou du mortier frais hydraulique est coulé sur la couche d'adhésif (16) et est réparti sur celle-ci de manière à recouvrir la surface en formant la couche de béton ou de mortier (14). La couche d'adhésif (16) et la couche de béton ou de mortier (14) sont amenées à durcir, au cours d'une phase de durcissement commune transitoire, pour produire une liaison inter-couches sur une grande surface.
