Abstract
Selon la présente invention, une micro-tête d'asservissement pour usinage par étincelage comprend un système d'asservissement, une vis-mère, un bloc chariot entrant en contact avec la vis-mère, un bloc de support, un bloc de contact fixé sur le bloc chariot et un système guide d'électrode accouplé au bloc de support afin de commander la position de l'électrode d'un appareil d'usinage par étincelage auquel est fixée la micro-tête d'asservissement pour usinage par étincelage. Le système guide d'électrode comprend une base de guide d'électrode présentant une rainure longitudinale et un couvercle de guide flottant orienté vers la base de guide d'électrode de sorte que l'électrode se trouve poussée de force dans la rainure, la position étant commandée en faisant entrer de force l'électrode dans la rainure.
