Abstract

La gestion ou l'application des règlements de la circulation est effectuée à travers l'utilisation d'un transpondeur de surveillance dans les environs d'un système RF de collecte de péage autoroutier. Lorsque les transpondeurs en exploitation normale communiquent avec un système de lecteur de bord de route, le système de bord de route communique avec le transpondeur de surveillance qui, à son tour, envoie des signaux si un transpondeur normal valide est détecté. Si aucun signal n'est généré par le transpondeur de surveillance, il est évident que le véhicule n'a pas de transpondeur ou alors que le transpondeur est défectueux ou non valide.
