Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif à buse destiné à être utilisé dans une installation de revêtement par pulvérisation conçue pour le revêtement d'une feuille continue de papier ou de carton, le dispositif comprenant un corps (1) de dispositif à buse, une buse (2) remplaçable et des mécanismes de verrouillage (3, 4) adaptés pour verrouiller la buse (2) au corps (1) du dispositif à buse. De nouvelles buses (2) sont logées dans un appareil (5, 6) de remplacement de buses, ce qui facilite un remplacement rapide d'une buse (2) en cours d'utilisation. Lors de l'opération de remplacement, les mécanismes de verrouillage (3, 4) servant à verrouiller la buse (2) sont d'abord actionnés pour libérer la buse, puis la buse (2) usée est retirée au moyen d'un mécanisme de transfert (6), une nouvelle buse (2) est placée sur le dispositif à buse et finalement la nouvelle buse (2) est verrouillée au moyen des mécanismes de verrouillage (3, 4) au corps (1) du dispositif à buse.
