Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de paraisons multicouche permettant la production de couches extrêmement fines, notamment d'une fine couche formant peau et/ou d'une fine couche barrière. Ces fines couches représentent respectivement au maximum 35 % et moins de 5 % du volume total. Pour la production de ces fines couches, on utilise un moule d'injection à plusieurs constituants fonctionnant de telle façon que le constituant plastique destiné à la formation d'une fine couche soit acheminé via la chambre de buse interne. Ce constituant plastique a une température légèrement plus élevée et donc une viscosité plus faible. Les ébauches ainsi produites sont caractérisées par une couche formant peau représentant moins de 35 % en volume et par une couche barrière représentant environ 5 % en volume.
