Abstract

L'invention concerne une bande (10) conçue pour supporter une structure fibreuse cellulosique lors d'un processus de fabrication de papier. La bande comprend une structure de renforcement (12) présentant deux couches (16, 18), une bande de papier en contact avec la première couche et une machine faisant face à la seconde couche, ainsi qu'une couche à motifs (30) constituée d'une résine photosensible durcie, ladite couche présentant une pluralité de conduits (44) la traversant. Les deux couches sont assemblées par des fils de liaison (322) intégrés ou ajoutés. Au moins une partie des fils de liaison qui se trouve dans les conduits est amovible après durcissement de la résine photosensible. Fait aussi l'objet de cette invention un procédé de fabrication de ces bandes.
