Abstract

Procédé qui concerne le domaine des maladies cardio-vasculaires, en particulier la prévention et le traitement d'une mauvaise fonction cardiaque suite à une opération chirurgicale. Le présent procédé consiste à administrer une dose optimale de dichloroacétate, ce qui permet le maintien continu de taux thérapeutiques sanguins.
