Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition anticorrosion à appliquer sur un substrat métallique, tel que l'acier, l'argent, le cuivre ou l'aluminium. Cette composition comporte un composant polymère organique filmogène et une phase pigmentaire dispersée d'un hybride unitaire stable qui contient des constituants organiques et inorganiques en phase solide interfacés à un niveau micro-cristallin, qui ne peuvent pas être séparés par des procédés de séparation physique et qui présentent un comportement monophase. La phase inorganique comprend un cation sélectionné parmi Zn, Al, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ti, Zr, Ce et Fe et un anion sélectionné parmi des phosphates, des polyphosphates, des phosphites, des molybdates, des silicates et des cyanamides. La phase organique comprend des sels de zinc ou d'alkyl-ammonium (tels que le cyclohexyl-ammonium, le di-cyclohexyl-ammonium, l'octyl-ammonium) de composés organiques mercapto- et thio- ou leurs dérivés à substitution alkyle, tels que mercaptobenzothiazole, mercaptothiazoline, mercaptobenzimidazole, mercaptoimidazole, 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiodiazole, 5,5-dithio-bis(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2(3H)-thione, mercaptobenzoxazole, mercaptothiazole, mercaptotriazole, mercaptopyrimidine, mercaptopyridine, mercaptoquinoline, alkyl- et cyclo-alkyl mercaptans, -alkyl- ou N-cycloalky-dithiocarbamates, O-alkyl- ou O-cycloalkyl-dithiocarbonates, O,O-dialkyl- et O,O-dicycloalkyl-dithiophosphates.
