Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un modèle murin associé au cancer du sein, des ovaires et de la prostate chez l'être humain. Ce modèle est composé d'une souris immunodéficiente chez laquelle a été implanté dans le coussinet adipeux gonadique un tissu de carcinome associé à un cancer primitif du sein, des ovaires ou de la prostate, ou une souris immunodéficiente chez laquelle a été implanté de manière sous-cutanée un tissu de carcinome humain de la prostate ou des ovaires. L'invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de ce modèle murin pour, par exemple, faire se développer des tumeurs et pour sélectionner des traitements pour le cancer du sein, des ovaires et/ou de la prostate.
