Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions de transport d'un agent bioactif à travers une membrane biologique, les compositions comprenant l'agent bioactif, une huile, un composé immiscible dans l'huile et un agent de surface non cationique. Les compositions peuvent fournir l'agent bioactif par un mécanisme de microporulation chimique permettant le transfert de l'agent à travers des membranes à organites cellulaires et intracellulaires et des membranes nucléaires. Des compositions de fourniture d'acide nucléique comprennent un acide nucléique, une huile, un composé immiscible dans l'huile, un agent de surface non cationique et essentiellement un lipide non cationique, ou alors un acide nucléique, une huile, un composé immiscible dans l'huile et deux agents de surface non cationiques. L'acide nucléique peut être à modification hydrophobe et peut être combiné à une huile, un composé immiscible dans l'huile et au moins un agent de surface. On peut utiliser les compositions pour une fourniture de gènes dans une cellule, ainsi que pour une fourniture d'autres agents thérapeutiques.
