Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (10) pouvant être fixé sur un récipient ou faisant partie de celui-ci, de préférence un récipient pour lingettes sèches ou humides, idéalement humides, comprenant un élément couvercle (12) fixe et un élément couvercle (13) mobile. Ledit dispositif est caractérisé en ce que l'élément couvercle fixe comprend un organe permettant à l'élément couvercle mobile de coulisser dans un plan parallèle à l'élément couvercle fixe, de manière à permettre l'accès au contenu du récipient. L'élément couvercle mobile et l'élément couvercle fixe sont, de préférence, reliés par au moins un élément élastique (21), qui est chargé d'énergie élastique lorsque l'élément couvercle mobile est en position fermée. L'élément couvercle fixe et l'élément couvercle mobile comportent également, de préférence, un organe servant de système de verrouillage (25) libérable destiné à fixer l'élément couvercle amovible en position fermée, ou à libérer l'élément couvercle mobile maintenu sous tension par l'élément élastique, ce qui permet d'accéder au contenu du récipient via un dispositif de distribution. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, lorsqu'un utilisateur souhaite utiliser le récipient hors de son domicile, la hauteur combinée du dispositif de fermeture et du corps du récipient ne dépasse pas 5 cm; elle est, de préférence, inférieure à 2,5 cm.
