Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif formant main courante pour un trottoir roulant accéléré. Le dispositif set caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un rail (10) portant des contre-chariots (9) qui se rapprochent du rail (4) porte-chariot des poignées (1) de main courante reliés entre eux par des liens souples (6) dans une zone (D) située entre la zone (B) d'écartement et celle (F) de retournement ; ledit rail (10) dans au moins la zone (B) d'écartement suit un contour de came ayant un profil oscillatoire dont la longueur de chaque onde (B i) est égale à la distance entre un premier et un troisième contre-chariot consécutifs placés chacun à chaque extrémité de l'onde qu'ils encadrent.
