Abstract

L'invention concerne un générateur de gaz peu polluant qui comporte une source d'un mélange de gaz riche en oxygène et de carburant, le gaz riche en oxygène comportant moins d'azote que l'air et plus d'oxygène que l'air. Le mélange est introduit dans une chambre de combustion où il est mis à feu. Le mélange préalable de l'oxygène et du carburant avant son introduction dans la chambre de combustion permet d'obtenir une combustion plus efficace. On utilise de l'eau comme agent d'absorption de chaleur. Les gaz du flux principal provenant de la chambre de combustion se détendent dans une turbine primaire, et sont ensuite chauffés à nouveau avant de se détendre dans une turbine secondaire. La chaleur provenant des gaz du flux principal est transférée vers un écoulement auxiliaire d'eau qui se transforme en vapeur et se détend dans une turbine auxiliaire. Le système de la présente invention permet d'obtenir des rendements égaux, voire supérieurs à 65 %. En outre, le système produit peu ou pas de pollution, et est compact par rapport à des systèmes de production industrielle d'énergie de puissance similaire.
