Abstract
L'invention concerne la structure d'éléments de sécurité pour documents, des dispositifs pour le contrôle de documents comportant de tels éléments de sécurité, ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation de ces éléments de sécurité et des dispositifs selon la demande de brevet DE 197 34 855.6. L'objectif de l'invention est de compléter la structure d'éléments de sécurité pour documents avec d'autres éléments de sécurité, et de proposer des dispositifs pour le contrôle de tels éléments de sécurité, ainsi qu'un nouveau procédé d'utilisation de ces éléments de sécurité et dispositifs, qui rendent très difficile, pour ne pas dire impossible, aux falsificateurs de tirer des conclusions du fonctionnement des procédés et des dispositifs de contrôle, en ce qui concerne les éléments de sécurité, pour ensuite produire de faux documents si semblables aux originaux qu'ils ne pourraient pas être détectés par des dispositifs de contrôle. La structure d'éléments de sécurité pour documents à contrôler correspond à une nouvelle conception qui n'est pas fondée en premier lieu sur l'observation visuelle mais sur les procédés de contrôle. Cette conception, appelée ci-après conception fonctionnelle, résulte de la combinaison de structures électriquement conductrices et isolantes de grandeurs identiques ou difféerentes, dans des plans identiques ou différents, avec des conductivités identiques ou différentes, et elle est matérialisée par des structures métallisées et/ou des encres à écrire ou d'impression conductrices.
