Abstract
Cet appareil retardant automatiquement l'usure d'un moteur à combustion interne est constitué d'une pompe électrique (19), d'un mécanisme de débranchement (26), d'un filtre à haut pouvoir filtrant (60), d'une unité de commande logique programmable (36) et d'une unité extérieure de commande (44). L'unité de commande logique programmable (36), qui est reliée à un accumulateur (42) de type courant, commute systématiquement l'alimentation de commande de l'accumulateur vers la pompe électrique et ce, en fonction d'un programme de cycle de fonction de commande programmé et est fonctionnellement indépendante de la mise en marche du contacteur ou de l'intervention d'un opérateur. L'entrée de la pompe électrique est reliée au carter huile moteur (12) pour l'enlèvement du liquide de lubrification. Une fois pompé, celui-ci traverse le filtre à haut pouvoir filtrant, ce qui permet d'obtenir un liquide de lubrification quasiment exempt de contaminant qui, après être passé par un radiateur, alimente le système de lubrification (54). L'unité de commande extérieure, par exemple une commande à distance, est destinée à actionner la pompe à la demande.
