Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre ou d'un fil de cellulose régénérée. L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'un fil de cellulose régénérée, consistant à filer une solution d'un dérivé de cellulose, ou ledit dérivé de cellulose à l'état fondu à travers au moins un trou de filère, puis à régénérer la cellulose par traitement du fil obtenu, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste: à synthétiser un dérivé silylé de la cellulose par réaction avec un agent de silylation, à extraire ledit dérivé silylé de cellulose du milieu réactionnel de synthèse, à filer ledit dérivé silylé de cellulose mis en solution ou porté à l'état fondu, à travers au moins un trou de filière, à traiter ledit fil par un agent de désilylation pour régénérer la cellulose et récupérer un siloxane. Les fils ou fibres de cellulose ainsi produits sont notamment utilisés pour la fabrication de surfaces textiles tissées, tricotées ou des surfaces non tissées. Ces fils ou fibres sont également utiles comme fibres de renfort dans les matières élastomériques et plus particulièrement dans les pneumatiques.
