Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif de réapprovisionnement automatique pour récipient à fluide (10). A cet effet, on prévoit un récipient sous pression (12) qui est chargé d'un gaz sous pression et d'un fluide, et un cylindre hydraulique (26) qui délimite un volume intérieur et dans lequel est disposé un piston (30) auquel est fixé un arbre d'entraînement (32) qui s'étend hors du cylindre hydraulique (26). Sur l'arbre d'entraînement (32) est disposé un engrenage à crémaillère (40). Le cylindre hydraulique (26) comporte au niveau d'une première et d'une seconde extrémité des entrées de fluide hydraulique (28, 36). Un conduit à fluide (24) relie le récipient sous pression (12) et une première entrée de fluide hydraulique (28). Une valve (44) possède une entrée de fluide (46) et une sortie (48). Un pignon denté (42) est monté sur la valve (44) et peut être actionné pour ouvrir et fermer la valve (44). L'engrenage à crémaillère (40) disposé sur l'arbre d'entraînement (32) vient se placer en prise avec le pignon denté (42) et l'actionne. Un tuyau d'amenée de fluide (50) est raccordé à l'entrée de fluide (46) et transporte le fluide à partir d'une source de fluide à travers la valve (44). Une jonction fluidique (38) est placée en communication fluidique avec une sortie de fluide (48) de la valve (44). Un second tube à fluide (34) raccorde la jonction fluidique (38) et la seconde entrée de fluide hydraulique (36). Un tube de remplissage de fluide (56) raccorde la jonction fluidique (38) à un récipient à fluide (58) devant être réapprovisionné.
